Charter jet brokerage Sentient Jet is relocating its headquarters to nearly 20,800 square feet in Braintree Executive Park, according to reports.

The jet-setter had been located at the Libbey Industrial Park in Weymouth since 2005, when it relocated there from the Accord Executive Business Park in Norwell. Sentient will now occupy 100 Grossman Drive’s entire fourth floor.

Sentient charters flights on corporate jets and planes owned by high-net-worth individuals. The company’s new landlord, Quincy-based The Grossman Cos., has been seeking new tenants to occupy the office park near, especially after the University of Phoenix left 48,000 square feet vacant at 100 and 150 Grossman Drive in 2009.

Last year, Dinosaur Capital Partners of Boston joined in a joint venture with Grossman to invest $1 million for renovations at the 125,600-square-foot business park. Grossman is now starting a rehab project at 150 Grossman Drive.

Sean Lynch and Tom Kent of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Boston office brokered the Sentient transaction for The Grossman Companies.
