JJManning Auctioneers has generated $44.6 million in sales during the second quarter, which includes selling an office park, golf courses, retail, multifamily and mixed-use investments and a luxury vacation home.

Last month, the Yarmouthport-based auctioneer company was recognized for "excellence in auction marketing" by the world’s largest auction industry association, the National Auctioneers Association. From a field of more than 1,000 entries to the 2010 Marketing Competition, the firm received three awards for creativity and professionalism in marketing categories relating to commercial & industrial, farm and residential real estate, according to a statement.
