JLL Adds Brown As Senior VP

JLL Capital Markets has hired Heather Brown to join its Boston office as a senior vice president.

Brown will focus on originating, structuring and negotiating debt financing across all property types throughout New England. Previously, Brown served as a director at GE Capital Real Estate in New York City on the northeast-focused institutional accounts team. She has 13 years of experience in the field.

"Heather is a seasoned finance professional and her previous experience as a lender will bring fresh ideas and valuable insight to our debt and equity platform," Frank Petz, managing director, said in a statement. "Lending across Northeast markets is competitive and Heather is a powerful addition to our rapidly expanding Capital Markets platform and will make an immediate impact for clients trying to navigate a changing finance universe."
