JLL has been named exclusive leasing agent for the 820,000-square-foot Cambridge Discovery Park being developed by The Bulfinch Cos. of Needham.

The build-to-suit office and technology campus is permitted for up to six buildings and two parking garages. Formerly known as Acorn Park, it served as the headquarters of Arthur D. Little Co. for nearly 50 years.

The recently completed first phase includes three buildings totaling 400,000 square feet and a parking garage. Tenants include Forrester Research and the Smithsonian Institution Astrophysical Observatory.

Surrounded by the Alewife Brook Reservation, the 27-acre Cambridge Discovery Park contains a footpath and dedicated shuttle bus to the Alewife MBTA station, a café, fitness center, Zagster bike-sharing and electric car charging stations. Joining Bulfinch Cos. on the project are architects ADD Inc. and construction contractor John Moriarty & Assoc. of Winchester.
