JLL Names New Industrial Practice Group Member

JLL has hired Ed Jarosz as a leader of its industrial practice group.

Jarosz will specialize in representing tenants, landlords and investors in the leasing and sale of industrial, R&D and distribution space throughout Greater Boston.

Jarosz joins JLL from CB Richard Ellis/New England and has more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience as a member of their New England industrial team. Jarosz will join the team comprised of executive vice president Rick Schuhwerk, vice president Tony Coskren and associate Brian Pinch. Among the team’s recent transactions is the $20.7 million purchase of 15 Independence Drive at Devens by O’Reilly Auto Parts.
