Real Estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle has added three retail experts to its retail outsourcing services (ROS) group in the Northeast.
Dennis Maher will be based in Boston, Bill Miller in New York and Michael Stanley in Philadelphia. They will advise retail clients on all aspects of portfolio strategy, regional and national store roll-outs and expansions, the firm said.
"Dennis, Bill and Michael bring the field and process leadership that our clients and our team require in this fast-growing sector," said Joe Brady, managing director, ROS group, Jones Lang LaSalle. "Their collective retail background, real estate expertise and strong corporate experience will complement and support our clients’ goals nationally and across the Northeast region."
Maher brings 20 years of retail and corporate management experience, and was previously real estate development and asset manager with Starbucks Coffee Co. He is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker and member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Miller spent nine years at Starbucks Coffee Co. and was most recently responsible for strategic real estate development and asset management in the New York Metro market. Stanley was previously an account executive for Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams Realty Inc.
