Maynard-based JM Coull Inc. has completed the first phase of renovations at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital’s cafeteria.
JM Coull created a new serving and seating area for the hospital in a 1,900-square-foot space. The existing cafeteria was transformed into a café space where patients, staff and visitors can grab a quick meal to go or eat in.
Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, located at 585 Lebanon St. in Melrose, is part of the Hallmark Health System, which includes Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford and Hallmark Health Medical Center of Reading. JM Coull has previously worked with Hallmark Health System to renovate health care spaces at the same location and at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. It also transformed a former diagnostic area into an urgent care facility at Hallmark Health Medical Center. Hallmark Health is a charitable, non-profit and tax-exempt community-based healthcare system.
JM Coull worked with Hallmark Health System to complete the renovations and upgrades. The building remained open throughout construction.
