Christie KellyGlobal commercial real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle has named Christie Kelly as its chief financial officer.

When she takes the CFO’s helm on July 1, Kelly will provide leadership to drive growth, oversee financial and business planning activities and direct investor and banking relations. Kelly will report to Colin Dyer, president and CEO. Kelly replaces Lauralee Martin, who has maintained the CFO role since becoming CEO for the company’s Americas business in January.

"Her global experience, her positions and financial leadership with public companies," all made Kelly a prime candidate for the job, said Gayle Kantro, JLL’s managing director of corporate communications.

Most recently, she served as CFO of Duke Realty Corp. Before that, Kelly was a senior vice president for real estate at Lehman Brothers.
