Jessica Hughes has been named managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle’s capital markets team in Boston.
Hughes comes to the firm from Beacon Capital Partners, where she was a senior vice president responsible for the acquisition and disposition of office properties in London and across Europe. She will work closely with regional capital markets leader Frank Petz to expand the firm’s client services capabilities in New England investment sales and bolster the firm’s position as a full-service capital markets leader, according to a statement.
"Jessica brings a vast amount of experience both here in the greater Boston region and throughout the European investment community and has the unique ability to view today’s complex investments from a principal’s point of view," said Petz.
Hughes’ 15-year investment career includes leadership roles in the investment sales groups at Trammell Crow Co. and Meredith & Grew in Boston. She began her career as an analyst with Jones Lang LaSalle in New York.
