JPMorgan Chase & Co. recently awarded $2 million to the Boston-based Housing Partnership Network (HPN) to expand its online homebuyer education platform, Framework.
HPN developed Framework, a nine-module online course aimed at prospective homebuyers, in collaboration with the Minnesota Home Ownership Center. The recent award from JPMorgan will also be used to research and develop new business models and technologies for the housing counseling industry, HPN said in its statement.
“JPMorgan Chase has been a wonderful partner and we are grateful for their continued support of HPN and Framework,” Thomas Bledsoe, HPN’s president and CEO, said in the statement. “Scalable solutions are critical to addressing social mission challenges. It’s the reason our members collaborate to create social enterprises like Framework that help to incubate future innovations in housing counseling.”
