Jumbo Capital of Boston has acquired four buildings in Canton and Dedham from Braintree-based developer Campanelli for $14.6 million, including the Norfolk County Probate and Family Courthouse and district attorney’s office.
The portfolio includes 35 and 45 Shawmut Road in Canton and 55 and 59 Allied Drive in Dedham.
The Dedham buildings total nearly 22,000 square feet of space and house the Norfolk County Juvenile Courthouse and Life Support Systems Inc. The Canton buildings contain more than 121,000 square feet of space. Tenants include the Norfolk County district attorney’s office and the Norfolk County Probate and Family courthouse.
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller and secured the buyers.
