A 33,700-square-foot office building at 125 Newbury St. in Framingham has been sold to Jumbo Capital Management for $6.4 million.

Just off Route 30 near a Target retail store, the building has "a full tenant roster" and is made attractive by its suburban location and abundant on-site parking, according to NAI Hunneman, the Boston-based brokerage that handled the sale transaction.

Hunneman represented the building’s former owner, Colony Realty Partners, and brought Jumbo to the deal, Hunneman said in a prepared statement.
