Just Energy Leases 3K SF In Chelsea

Electricity and natural gas retailer Just Energy has leased 3,000 square feet in Chelsea.

The office, an ACS Development Corp. owned and managed property, is located at 99 Fourth St. Just Energy chose the Chelsea location for its first regional office and training center in Massachusetts over other sites in Somerville and Medford because of its rich history of energy-related industries, close proximity to Logan Airport, major roadways and public transportation, according to a statement.

"ACS Development Corp. is excited to welcome such an innovative new company to Massachusetts and to our portfolio," said Patricia Simboli, principal of ACS Development Corp. "Chelsea is increasingly becoming one of the most sought after office markets in the city due to its unique combination of proximity to downtown Boston, location at the heart of the region’s transportation network and broad array of amenities."
