Keller Williams Realty Inc., which has 25 offices in the Bay State, has partnered with vacation property website operator HomeAway Real Estate.

The agreement between the two Austin, Texas-based companies will give Keller Williams the ability to market listings to HomeAway’s audience of vacation homeowners and buyers.

In addition to accessing HomeAway’s global channel of second homeowners and prospective vacation homebuyers, Keller Williams associates will be able to become members of HomeAway Real Estate and post details to their listings regarding a property’s rental history, average rental rates and vacation-specific characteristics.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
