An 11-unit apartment building in Kenmore Square has been sold for $4 million.

No Mestaykh LLC, an affiliate of Dedham-based Bay Management Corp., acquired the property from 39 Bay State Road Real Estate Trust on Sept. 4.

NAI Hunneman Principal Carl Christie and Sales Associates Dan McGee and Henry Liber represented the seller and procured the buyer.

"The building drew heavy interest from the investor community due to its strong location, historical occupancy levels as well as the upside potential," Christie said in a statement.

The five-story building is part of a row of 20 houses built in the Romenesque Revival style of the late 1800s and contains a roof deck and off-street parking.
