Thomas J. Kent, a 12-year industry veteran, has been hired as executive vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle.
In this role, Kent will specialize in representing tenants, owners and investors in the leasing and sale of office, research and development, and industrial space in Greater Boston’s south market, according to a statement. He began his career at Trammell Crow Co. and later became partner at FHO Partners.
Kent received the Commercial Brokers Association’s Suburban Office Deal of the Year and Suburban Industrial Deal of the Year awards in 2006.
