Kent Street LLC has bought a block of condos in Brookline for $3.3 million or $275,000 per unit. I Fishman Family LP was the seller.

The 12 condos, located at 197-205 Kent Street, are comprised of three studios, three one-bedrooms and six two-bedrooms. They are near the Longwood Medical Area and Coolidge Corner.

Christopher Sower, managing director and partner at Boston Realty Advisors, brokered the transaction.
