Kidbridge Learning Center has signed a five-year, 7,600-square-foot lease to open a new location at 300 Oak St. in Pembroke Corporate Park.

Denece Clinton of Norwell-based Unicorn Realty served as broker for the lease transaction, according to a statement.

"As we began to look at childcare options in the area we saw a real need for an inspirational environment where teachers can foster a lifelong desire for learning in the children that they serve," said Doanne Andresen, owner and director of Kidbridge Learning Center. "[In] working with Unicorn Realty, we were able to turn our vision into reality."

The learning center is scheduled to open Jan. 29.
