Cynthia A. Kingdon has joined ERA Key Realty Services’ Spencer office.

Kingdon, an Auburn resident, attended Assumption College in Worcester. She is active in her community as a member of the board of directors for R-Cap Solutions in Gardner. She is also a board member for the Worcester New Horizons low-income rental property and the Worcester Area Chamber of Commerce.

Before joining Whitinsville-based ERA Key Realty Services, Kingdon was an award-winning sales and marketing professional with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Fallon Community Health Plan. She currently owns Central Mass Home Staging and Design, according to a statement.

"I really liked the way ERA works with new agents to help them get their business off and running," said Kingdon, who has been a licensed real estate professional for 10 years. "I especially liked the team atmosphere in the office.  I was impressed with the sales manager and with some of the great programs ERA Key Realty offers to homeowners."
