Norton resident Eric Kipnes has been appointed sales manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Northborough office.

Kipnes will be responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of approximately 70 sales associates serving Northborough, Westborough, Marlborough, Shrewsbury, and the surrounding communities in Metrowest Boston.

Prior to his new role with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Kipnes successfully spearheaded real estate offices in South Easton and Braintree, according to a statement.

"Eric is an accomplished real estate professional who has built an impressive career, and I am confident he will lead the Northborough office to even greater success," said Pat Villani, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England. With more than 13 years of residential real estate experience, Kipnes has been successful in recruiting and coaching a large number of talented sales professionals and doubling profitability and production at the sales offices that he has led. Active in the community, Kipnes is the co-founder of the Easton chapter of Business Network International, and has served as president of the Easton Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
