Konika Minolta Business Solutions USA Inc., a document imaging and management technologies company, has signed a long-term lease for 3,738 square feet at a first-class office building in Rockland.

The company’s new space at 1099 Hingham St. also houses offices for UBS Financial Services, Cutter Assoc. and The Great American Insurance Co., a subsidiary of American Financial Group.

Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services at The Grossman Cos., represented the landlord, Rockland Haverstraw LLC. Peter Whoriskey, senior associate at Cushman & Wakefield, represented Konika Minolta.
