Kronos Inc., a workforce management solutions firm, renewed its 81,760-square-foot, full-building lease at 4 Omni Way in Chelmsford. The renewal is for five years, and total square footage of the company’s campus is now 322,000 square feet.
"Kronos is committed to doing business in Massachusetts, and we are pleased to maintain our presence at 4 Omni Way in Chelmsford," Jonathan Proffitt, senior director of global real estate and facilities at Kronos, said in a statement. "Greater Boston is a global hub for innovation, and this location has suited Kronos well and supported our growth for the past 10 years."
Completed in 1985 and renovated in 2004, 4 Omni Way is a two-story office/R&D facility located on nearly eight acres of land.
John Boyle and Michael Dalton of Cassidy Turley FHO represented Kronos in the transaction, and Bill Rand and Peter Evans of Direct Invest LLC represented its interests internally.
