Richard Griffin and Christopher Devaux have been appointed as senior vice president/director of investments and as senior vice president, respectively, at Woburn’s KS Partners LLC.
"Rick Griffin and Chris Devaux bring unique skill sets to KS Partners, in particular for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and closing real estate investment transactions," said Kambiz Shahbazi, president and founder of KS Partners. "Rick has a keen eye and superior knowledge of the marketplace while Chris has a proven track record of success with leasing and negotiations. Both will play key roles as the company continues to implement its strategic commitment to acquiring and managing income-producing, value-add real estate assets in the New England market."
Griffin has 20 years of industry experience and will provide asset management oversight of the existing KS portfolio, according to a statement. He will be primarily focused on identifying investment opportunities in the New England market. Griffin previously served as a managing director at Boston’s Northeast Investment & Development LLC.
Devaux, a 16-year industry veteran, will concentrate on asset management and leasing strategy for KS Partners’ portfolio. Before joining KS Partners, he served as executive vice president with Parsons Commercial Group of Framingham.
Both Griffin and Devaux will help oversee asset management.
