LAER Realty Partners recently held a grand opening on Oct. 22 for its new office in Andover.

Real estate agents, bankers, attorneys and local business owners attended the ceremony at 2 Elm Square. The branch is LAER’s 12th location.

"We’ve known for six months that Andover would be a target market for us because of its close proximity to eight other offices we have in the Merrimack Valley … Our strategy for moving into the Andover market is based on several affinity partnerships we have with large employers in the area," Stacey Alcorn, co-owner of LAER Realty Partners, said in a statement. "As the preferred real estate firm for several local businesses, we have an abundance of home buyers looking for real estate in Andover and surrounding towns. That, coupled with our one-of-a-kind luxury marketing program, designed to give home sellers maximum marketing exposure when selling their home, makes Andover the perfect market for us."

The Andover location already has 17 real estate agents, with nine additional agents committed to join by January.

According to Alcorn, LAER wants to capture top three market share within the community within six months. She also hinted that other mergers and office openings are expected in the near future.
