New England Foliage will occupy 17,000 square feet of flex/industrial space at 21 Industrial Way in Wilmington after the firm relocates from its Woburn headquarters.

Rob Cronin, Lincoln Property Co. vice president, brokered the deal for landlord DiCenso Trust.

"New England Foliage recently acquired a downtown firm and needed more space to house its expanding operations, having outgrown their current Woburn location," Cronin said in a statement. "The building’s proximity to Route 93 and ease of access to Route 128 is the perfect location for [New England Foliage] to service its current northern suburban clients as well as establishing quick access to Boston and the inner suburban markets [and] additional suburban markets."
