Turfgrass, a provider of turf grass and related supplies, has leased 3,400 square feet of office/warehouse space in Norwood.

Last year, Turfgrass merged with Novi, Mich.-headquartered Rusidex. Rusidex leases a local warehouse at the neighboring 76 Astor Ave. in Norwood.

Elliot & Co. LLC, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, negotiated the lease at 129-147 Morgan Drive.

Elliot Ravech, president and Dennis Nolfi, vice president, both of Elliot & Co., represented the landlord, Norwood-based CMI Property Inc. Turfgrass represented themselves in the transaction.

The property at 129-147 Morgan Drive is a mixed-use commercial building, which currently has 4,500 square feet of office space and 30,000 square feet of mixed-use/industrial space available for lease. The space is sub-dividable.
