The Langham, Boston's $2 million BOND restaurant/lounge has been completed.The Boston office of Jones Lang LaSalle has completed construction of The Langham, Boston’s $2 million BOND restaurant/lounge.

The high-end interior project capitalizes on the room’s historical significance introducing "modern elements with an international flare," according to a statement from the company.

Senior Vice President Harry Dangora served as project executive, Don Dignan was the senior construction manager, Dan Donahue was the senior project superintendent and Christopher Hardiman the estimator on the assignment.

The 2,200-square-foot space within the former Federal Reserve Bank has been transformed combining "classic architecture with cutting edge materials and a contemporary design aesthetic," the company said.

We are truly excited to open this venue, the first new outlet at the hotel since it was re-branded as Langham five years ago," said Serge Denis, managing director.

BOND was designed by the team at Jeffrey Beers International. The architect of record was TRO Jung/Brannen. Mechanical and electrical engineering was provided by WB Engineering, and the lighting design by D Schweppe.
