EC Boston Language Center Inc., which offers English language courses for students of all levels and ages, has leased 22,000 square feet in Boston’s One Faneuil Hall Square.

The company signed a 12-year lease on floors four through seven.

The transaction fills office space that had been vacant for almost three years. NAI Hunneman completed the transaction within five months of being assigned as the leasing agent, according to a statement.

NAI Hunneman’s Senior Vice President Jeffrey Becker and Vice President Bonny Doorakian represented the landlord, Faneuil Hall Square LLC, in the transaction. EC Boston Language Center was represented by Rick Low and Brendon Leitner of CRESA Partners. NAI Hunneman serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the seven-story building located adjacent to Boston’s Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall.

"NAI Hunneman implemented a multi-tier marketing strategy that allowed us best reach to the broker community which in turn generated tremendous interest from tenants," said Doorakian. "The strategy combined with the buildings location in the vibrant Faneuil Hall Marketplace, resulted in one of the largest office deals in the Faneuil Hall marketplace in recent years."
