75 Park Place, BostonJackson Lewis, a nationwide law firm specializing in workplace law, has expanded its fourth floor space and renewed its lease at The Heritage On The Garden, 75 Park Plaza, in Boston.

The firm increased its leased office space to a total of 19,500 square feet, according to Christopher Wood, senior vice president and managing director of the Chicago office of UGL Equis, who represented Jackson Lewis in negotiations.

Wood was assisted by Senior Associate Adam McCostlin in Chicago, and Senior Vice President Robert Cleary, and Associate Derek Losi in the company’s Boston office.

The Druker Co. Ltd. of Boston, the property owner, was self-represented by Harold Dennis.

The Heritage On The Garden is a 173,000-square-foot office and retail property, across from the Boston Public Garden, at the corner of Arlington and Boylston Streets

"We were able to reach a lease agreement that made sense for both building ownership and Jackson Lewis," said Wood.

Final terms of the lease agreement were not divulged.
