The 500-unit Miscela apartment tower takes full advantage of its status as Somerville’s tallest building with a 24th-floor roof deck featuring Boston skyline views.

Federal Realty began leasing this week for the 500-unit complex at 485 Foley St. in its Assembly Row development, in anticipation of July move-ins. Rents range from $1,900 to studios to four-bedroom units at $5,000, with most one-bedroom units starting at $2,300.

The tower includes a 24th-floor “lookout” lounge, along with such resident amenities as a speakeasy bar and courtyard swimming pool including cabanas, grills and fire pit-equipped lawn. A 2-story loft-style resident lounge is designed to accommodate work-from-home activity and socializing, and includes private “cabins” and a fireplace.

The complex includes residences ranging from studios to three bedrooms, some with Juliet balconies, and all equipped with quartz countertops, wood plank flooring and walk-in closets.

Completion of the tower is part of Assembly Row’s third phase, including the scheduled completion this summer of Puma North America’s new headquarters. New retail tenants at the 40-acre riverfront development include CVS, Sephora, Warby Parker, sweetgreen, Shake Shack and Parla restaurant.

The complex is offering virtual tours at and has opened a leasing office at 480 Foley St.
