Quincy-based Lee Kennedy Co. has been selected for a $1.5 million renovation of Northeastern University’s Cabot Center and to work on tenant fit-up projects for venture capital firm Highland Capital Partners and law firm Duane Morris.

The Northeastern University’s Cabot Center fast-track project includes demolition and reconstruction of the existing weight room and sports medicine facilities, according to a statement. The 13,000-square-foot space includes a hydrotherapy room, new flooring and lighting and glass curtain walls.

The multi-level fit out for Duane Morris at 100 High St. in Boston will include offices, open work stations and conference rooms. The project is expected to be completed in mid September.

Work for Highland Capital Partners includes full demolition and fit out of the space at One Broadway in Cambridge.
