Legacy Real Estate Ventures LLC, a privately held real estate investment firm, has recently signed three new leases totaling 5,700 square feet at 607 Pleasant St. in Attleboro.

The landlord has signed leases with G.M. Abodeely Insurance Agency LLC, Commemorative Brands Inc. and South Bay Mental Health Center. The three tenants join Harbor One Credit Union, the original tenant at the property.

Jim Elcock, Dave Goodhue, Bill Lynch and Tim O’Brien of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented Legacy Real Estate Ventures, which purchased the property in January 2009 on a sale-leaseback basis from Nations Heritage Federal Credit Union. Nations Heritage was subsequently purchased by Harbor One.

The Colliers Meredith & Grew team represented G.M. Abodeeley Insurance Agency, Mick Hogan of Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services represented Commemorative Brands, and J.P. Plunkett and Ned Havern of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented South Bay Mental Health Center. Details of the transactions were not disclosed.
