Leisure travel company World Travel Holdings (formerly National Leisure Group) is relocating and recently signed a lease for 20,810 square feet of space at 100-110 Fordham Road in Wilmington.
Mitch Jacoby and Shawn McDonough of corporate real estate firm CresaPartners in Boston represented the tenant.
Barry Dube of CresaPartners is also providing project management for this assignment, with the project completion and move-in slated for November.
World Travel Holdings is re-locating from 100 Sylvan Road in Woburn where it had been for nearly 10 years.
The new office is located in a two-story, 42,392-square-foot building, which is part of a four-building, 301,932-sqaure-foot office park.
The landlord, KS Partners, was represented by Christopher Curley of Newmark Knight Frank.
