Daryl Leland and Lauren Zermani have been named project manager and project coordinator at Lynnfield-based construction management firm cm&b Inc.’s project management team.

Leland, a 10-year industry veteran, was previously with Shawmut Design and Construction as project manager, according to a statement. He also held project engineering positions at Turner Construction and Skanska USA Building.

Zermani comes to cm&b from Standard Electric Supply Co. and American Tower, where she also held the titles of project coordinator.

"Daryl and Lauren are professionals who bring valuable knowledge and experience to our already outstanding project management staff," said Robert Harrison, vice president of operations for cm&b. "We are excited to have them join the cm&b team."
