, the buildings will include new retail space as well as expanded student living areas.
One building is a five-story residence hall with retail space on the front of the first floor. The second building is a three-story wood frame residence hall designed to complement the residential character of Wendell Street. Together, the two buildings will house 98 residential students.
A September ribbon cutting is planned.
