Lexington Eye Assoc. has recently leased a 12,186-square-foot space on Baker Avenue in Concord.

The ophthalmology practice will lease the space at the Concord Meadows Corporate Center at 300 Baker Ave. for 14 years.

Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook, of Avison Young, represented the tenant, and Duncan Gratton of Cassidy Turley represented the landlord Normandy Real Estate Partners.

 "Lexington Eye is a large, thriving medical practice and 300 Baker Avenue provided great space for their expanded presence in Concord in an established medical location," Kerrigan said in a statement.

Concord Meadows, a three-story, 409,220-square-foot, Class A office building, was completely renovated in 1998 with an additional $2.2 million of additional upgrades since 2004. The site is located in the Route 128 submarket on Route 2 in Concord and part of a larger 78-acre campus.
