QD Vision, a nanomaterials product company manufacturing display and lighting solutions, has leased 59,000 square feet lease of laboratory and office space at 29 Hartwell Ave. in Lexington.

Evan Gallagher, vice president of Boston-based NAI Hunneman, represented QD Vision in the lease transaction, according to a statement. The building owner, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, was self represented.

"This was a unique transaction in that QD Vision was able to capitalize on a significant amount of existing lab infrastructure in the building allowing the company to save a tremendous amount of costs on upfront capital," said Gallagher.
