The Boston office of Lincoln Property Co. has completed 23 lease transactions in two Braintree office parks, totaling 46,000 square feet.

Lincoln Property, a full-service real estate firm, leased tenants at the Forbes Business Center and Wood Road Business Center, both of which are owned and managed by KS Partners.

Some of the most recent tenants include Northeast Air Solutions, which provides air filtration systems; Almost Family, a home health nursing provider; Absolute Delivery, a delivery firm; and Connolly Healthcare, a recovery audit expert. Lincoln Property Co. represented KS Partners, which has offices in New York City and Woburn, in all transactions.

KS Partners’ Braintree campus consists of about 316,000 square feet of office space with current options available to tenants ranging from 500 to 32,000 rentable square feet. The campus has an on-site cafeteria, fitness center and close proximity to South Shore Mall.
