Linden Lab has leased 8,395 square feet at 1 Broadway in Cambridge.

With an expected move date of April 1, Linden Lab will relocate within the same building- from the Cambridge Innovation Center on the 14th floor to a direct suite on the 9th floor, according to a statement.

Steve Lombardi and Ryan Weber of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners represented Linden Lab. The landlord, MIT, was represented by Tucker Hansen, Joseph Flaherty and Benjamin Coffin of Colliers Meredith & Grew.

"After an extensive search, Linden Lab chose to remain at 1 Broadway due to its direct access to the technology-rich Kendall Square submarket of Cambridge and its easy access to public transportation and many nearby amenities," Weber said.
