Burlington-based Linear Retail Properties has acquired Main Street Marketplace in Waltham and Eaglewood Shops in North Andover for $57.5 million.
Completed in 2012, Main Street Marketplace contains 44,461 square feet of retail space at 1030 Main St. that is 100 percent leased to 13 tenants including iParty, Panera Bread and Chipotle Mexican Grill.
Eaglewood Shops, located at 145 Turnpike St., was completed in 2005 and contains 77,558 square feet anchored by Staples.
HFF’s Riaz Cassum and Brett Paulsrud placed a pair of fixed-rate, first-mortgage acquisition loans for $14.6 million with Cambridge Trust Co. for the Waltham property and $20.7 million through Washington Trust with Middlesex Savings Bank for Eaglewood Shops.
