Linear Retail Properties has hired Evan Eisenhardt as a leasing representative.

Eisenhardt will be responsible for sourcing new tenants for the Burlington-based company’s portfolio of retail properties in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. He will focus on growing Linear Retail’s stable of independent retailers and consumer-service providers.

"Evan’s sales background and experience working with local area businesses will help us connect more effectively with prospective tenants to help them start or expand their business ventures," said Joel Kadis, partner of leasing, in a statement

 Prior to joining Linear Retail, Eisenhardt was area sales manager for The Regus Group, where he was responsible for managing the sales and leasing process for the New England market, largely focused on small businesses and start-ups. Evan holds a Bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Massachusetts.
