62-66 Charles St., Beacon HillBurlington-based Linear Retail Properties LLC has purchased 62-66 Charles St., a single-story retail building in Boston’s Beacon Hill for $4.1 million.

The Beacon Hill building housed a 7-Eleven convenience store for the past 20 years, and Linear Retail has converted the property into the Charles Street Market convenience store, according to a statement.

"We are thrilled to take ownership of this marquee property," said Aubrey Cannuscio, Linear Retail’s partner in charge of acquisitions. "62 Charles St. marks our eighth property purchase in the city of Boston but our first in Beacon Hill."

Adam Conviser of Dedham-based Conviser Property Group was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the seller, 7-Eleven, and procuring Linear Retail as the buyer.

The 3,246-square-foot Charles Street building was last assessed for $1.6 million, according to records obtained by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.
