Little Children Schoolhouse has leased a retail building in Brookline with plans to purchase the property in two years.

Little Children Schoolhouse has signed a two-year lease for 12,000 square feet at 31 Boylston St. beginning in the fall. Following a two-year period, the tenant will purchase the property for $4.3 million.

Craig Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors represented the owner and Rodney Sinclair of Sinclair Development Solutions represented the Little Children Schoolhouse.

The Boylston Street property is a two-level, 12,000-square-foot building located along Route 9 in Brookline Village.
