Plymouth housing community The Pinehills, as well as local builders The Green Co. and the MacKenzie Brothers, have been given a dozen awards from the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB).
The awards recognize the housing community and the builders for outstanding home design and marketing as well as green building and landscaping, according to a statement.
"These awards are a testament to our entire team at The Pinehills," said The Pinehills Managing Partner Tony Green. "From the support we receive from the town of Plymouth to the work of our builders, our consultants and of course our incredible staff, we are extremely fortunate."
The following awards were given:
• Platinum Award – Home of the Year for Fresco at The Pinehills built by The Green Co.
• Platinum Award – Single Family Attached Home, Best in North Atlantic Region for Fresco at The Pinehills built by The Green Co.
• Gold Award – Best Green Built Home for the Beechwood with Tower at the Summerhouse Cottages built by MacKenzie Brothers
• Gold Award – Best Single Family Home for the Beechwood with Tower at the Summerhouse Cottages built by MacKenzie Brothers
• Gold Award – Best Rural/Exurban Smart Grown Community for The Summerhouse Cottages built by MacKenzie Brothers and Whitman Homes
• Gold Award – Best Interior Design: Specialty or Outdoor Room for Fresco at The Pinehills built by The Green Co.
• Gold Award – Best Single Family Attached Home for Fresco at The Pinehills built by The Green Co.
• Gold Award for Best Attached Home- Fresco at The Pinehills
• Gold Award for Best Landscape Design
• Silver Award for Best Interior Model Merchandising – Fresco at The Pinehills
• Silver Award for Best Outdoor Living Space – Fresco at The Pinehills Courtyard
• Legend in Residential Marketing Award -The Green Co., honoring Founder Alan Green, President Dan Green, CEO David Caligaris and Pinehills Managing Partner Tony Green.
