Mortgage banking firm Fantini & Gorga has arranged $2.75 million in permanent financing for Embassy House Apartments in Lowell on behalf of a regional bank.
Embassy Apartments consists of 36 garden-style one- and two-bedroom market-rate apartments spread across three 3-story buildings. The buildings were originally built in the early 1960s and received extensive upgrades in 2003.
The property is located in the densely populated Highland neighborhood of Lowell, close to Interstate 495, Route 3 and the Lowell Connector.
“We were pleased to have secured this extremely attractive loan package for our longstanding client,” Derek Coulombe, managing director at Fantini & Gorga, said in a statement. “We were able to deliver an incredibly low fixed rate and the best overall terms consistent with our client’s long-term objectives.”
