LPL Financial Signs 69K SF Boston Lease

75 State St., Boston LPL Financial has signed an 11-year, 68,723-square-foot office lease at 75 State St. in Boston’s Financial District.

The firm will occupy floors 22, 23 and 24 in the 31-story Class A office tower, according to a statement. LPL is relocating its Boston office and expanding from One Beacon St., where it now occupies 56,000 square feet.

Rick Lowe, Joe Sciolla and Brandon Leitner of CresaPartners in Boston represented the tenants in the lease transaction. The landlord, Brookfield Properties, was represented by Michael Joyce, Tom Ashe and Pat Buckley from Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.

The firm plans to be fully moved in to its new space by June 2012.
