Mackey, Koulas Join Citizens Bank

Lance Mackey The Dedham and Woburn offices of Citizens Bank have each hired a senior mortgage loan officer.

Lance Mackey was hired for the Dedham office, according to a statement. He has 24 years of experience in the mortgage business and comes to Citizens Bank from Bank of America Home Loans, where he was a vice president and loan officer. Mackey was previously with JPMorgan Chase for 18 years.

Donna Koulas joined the Woburn office, according to a statement. She has been in the mortgage business for 27 years and comes to Citizens Bank from Bank of America Home Loans as well, where she was a senior loan officer.

"Citizens Bank is committed to the mortgage business and, specifically, to growing our home financing operation in the Massachusetts market and throughout our retail banking geography," said Ellen Steinfeld, senior vice president in the bank’s home lending solutions division.
