Boston-based First Trade Union Bank recently announced the launch of its cash management division, where Karen T. Manduca will serve as vice president.
In this role, Manduca will be responsible for expanding relationships with business and institutional banking clients through the delivery of cash management solutions.
Manduca comes to First Trade with more than 21 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining the bank, Manduca served as a senior vice president of one of Bank of America’s global investment portfolios, according to a statement.
"Karen’s addition continues to strengthen our ability to fully serve the banking needs of our business and institutional clients," said Joann Noble, senior vice president of institutional banking. "Our objective is to make banking more efficient for our clients, and Karen plays a large role in helping us achieve that goal."
First Trade has offices in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York.
