Mansfield Bank has opened its newest branch office at 73 Belmont St. in South Easton.
"We’re very excited about having an office in Easton," says John Korona, president and CEO of the bank. "It’s a great town and we already have a lot of relationships with Easton residents."
He added: "The only people we have to answer to is our customers, not Wall Street. That lets us focus our attention on providing them with the best possible banking products and services."
Tom Moretti, who will be the Easton branch manager, adds: "We think Mansfield Bank will be very well received in this community, and we believe it’s a great area for growth. We specialize in fast, local decisions, exceptional customer service and in our commitment to community involvement."
Mansfield Bank, founded in 1883, is a mutual banking institution, which means the bank is owned by its customers. The bank has offices in Mansfield, Norton, West Bridgewater and Plainville/North Attleboro.
