Fantini & Gorga recently arranged a $16.4 million financing package for a Mansfield development.

North Common Estates, a transit-oriented, mixed-use development will be developed at the intersection of North Main Street, Crocker Street and Mansfield Avenue. The site contains seven parcels on 1.37 acres, with a MBTA Commuter Rail station directly across the street. North Common Estates will consist of two, 4-story buildings, with a total of 37 one- and 44 two-bedroom apartments, 7,689 square feet of commercial space and 143 parking spaces. The apartments range in size from 700 to 1,050 square feet. Construction began recently and is expected to reach completion in the fall of 2017.

Casimir Groblewski, senior managing director for Fantini & Gorga, arranged both the debt and the equity portions of the capital stack for the project. The borrower is North Common Residences LLC, an affiliate of Crugnale Properties LLC, of Mansfield. RESKON Group is the project manager and Annino Inc. is the architect for North Common Estates.
